I'm really getting stuck, I've spent a day trying to figure this out, but don't understand. Please could someone help me.

Eph = hcT/b

I need to rearrange to make b the subject and show and express each term as base SI units

I don't recognize the formula, so I have no idea of the units. But if you know the meaning of each symbol, you can easily look up the units for the quantities involved.

As for finding b, it's just normal algebra :

multiply by b:

bEph = hcT

Now divide by Eph:

b = hcT/Eph
