Rethink #s 1 and 3. What does adding "-ed" to a verb signify? Past or present tense? I agree with you on 2 and 4.

"I vote in every election." Is that past or present tense?

"I voted in last Tuesday's election." Is that past or present tense?

So 1 is true and 3 is false?
