vi: Acceptable by testimony? Not observation? Look at any map!
vii: I don't find the language vague at all. If testimony can be considered objective, the statement is acceptable.
xi: The size of a city is observable with accurate population/census figures.

vii: The statement does not say that the writer has observed ghosts him-herself! it says, "Many people have..." That is testimony.
