A right rectangular prism is packed with cubes of side length Fraction 1 over 6 inch. If the prism is packed with 12 cubes along the length, 3 cubes along the width, and 2 cubes along the height, what is the volume of the prism?

I'm doing a test on this and i'm stuck

yoooooooooooooooo im answering this in 2021

is dumb how you have to pay for this app

so each cube is 1/6 inch ??

Then the box (prism) has
length 12(1/6) = 2 inches
width 12(1/6) = 1/2 inch
height 1/3 inch

volume = 2(1/2)((1/3) inches^3
= 1/3 cubic inches

or

number of cubes = 12(3)(2) = 72 cubes
each cube = (1/6)^3 cubic inches = 1/216 cubic inches
so if 1 cube has 1/216 in^3
then 72 cubes will hae (1/216)(72) = 1/3 cubic inches

either way, the prism has a volume of 1/3 cubic inches

192 btw

I’ll do the test and share the answers
