#2 is grammatical, but what about #1? Can we use 'who' in Sentence 1?

Are they all grammatical among #4 and #6?

1 is used casually, but as you noted is not correct grammatically. In 2, I'd most likely use "that."

3 -- that

4 -- OK

5 -- No

6 -- Very clumsy
