Hey from 2019
For 13 it's 1 and 14 a 1/27
Can you explain how you got
4
and
1/9
please.
I prefer to see you post the answer, not the letters. This way you have an extra chance of checking your answer.
i don't know they just seemed correct.
can i have some help? i don't understand polynomials at all
well, these are not polynomials. Look up the definition of polynomials.
What these are are powers to a base.
Rules
3^2 * 3^5=3*5
4^2 * 4 * -3=4^-1=1/4
5^4/5^6=5^4 * 5^-6= 5^-2=1/5^2
4^3 * 7^3...can't be combined, you have to have the same base..
a^3 * b^5/(a^4 * b^5)=
a^(3-4)*b(5-5)=a^-1 * b^0
= 1/a
Yes, what Ms. Sue said.
When you divide n pennies up evenly between n cups, you have ONE per cup.
I don't know anything about polynomials, but I can see in the first problem that the numerator and the denominator are the same.
When you divide a number by the same number, what do you get?
