This boat is more dense than water, it is in fact more like a rock than most plastic and is certainly not hollow.
the upward force on an object in water is the weight of water displaced by the volume of the object in the water.
If the weight of the object is greater than that weight of water displaced, then it sinks until the two are equal. If it is totally submerged before the up force equals the weight, it goes to the bottom of the bleak ocean.
