#6 should be WE right? I am thinking if I rearrange the sentence like this. We and the boys are the ones in charge.

#7 should be IT IS ME. I get a little confused on predicate nominatives.

#8 Again I get confused. Now I look at it I think it should be THE ONLY PEOPLE LEFT MUST BE MAC, YOU, AND ME.

#9 If I got this right it should be THE NEW DECORATOR IS HER.

#10 THEM DARING ACROBATS ARE THEM.

6. we -- yes

7. me -- no
8. me -- no
9. her -- no
10. them -- no

To check if your answers are correct, let's go through each question:

1. The correct answer is "he."
Explanation: To determine the correct pronoun, we need to see if it acts as the subject of the sentence. In this case, "he" is the subject pronoun that correctly completes the sentence, as it refers to the subject "the pitcher."

2. The correct answer is "them."
Explanation: Again, we need to see if the pronoun acts as the subject of the sentence. In this case, "them" is the correct pronoun to complete the sentence because it refers to the boys who joined the Business Club.

3. The correct answer is "he."
Explanation: Similar to the previous examples, we need to determine if the pronoun acts as the subject of the sentence. Here, "he" refers to the author and correctly completes the sentence.

4. The correct answer is "me."
Explanation: In this sentence, "me" is the correct pronoun because it acts as the object of the preposition "of." "I" would be the subject pronoun, and "mine" is a possessive pronoun.

5. The correct answer is "he."
Explanation: Once again, we need to look for the pronoun that acts as the subject of the sentence. "He" refers to the person who cut your hair.

6. The correct answer is "us."
Explanation: In this sentence, "us" is the correct pronoun because it acts as the object of the preposition "in." "Our" would be a possessive pronoun, and "we" would be the subject pronoun.

7. The correct answer is "That is her."
Explanation: The predicate nominative is the noun/pronoun that follows the linking verb and renames or identifies the subject. In this sentence, "her" correctly identifies the subject "that," so "That is her" is the correct choice.

8. The correct answer is "The mural painters will be Michele, Andy and him."
Explanation: Similarly, the predicate nominative renames or identifies the subject. In this sentence, "him" correctly identifies the subject "Michele, Andy and him," so it is the correct choice.

9. The correct answer is "The ones in the picture are Mark, Diana, and me."
Explanation: Once again, the predicate nominative correctly identifies the subject. Here, "Mark, Diana, and me" correctly identifies the subject "the ones in the picture."

10. The correct answer is "Their teammates are Lulu and him."
Explanation: As before, the predicate nominative correctly identifies the subject. In this sentence, "Lulu and him" correctly identifies the subject "their teammates."
