22.0 grams of zinc reacted with 95.0 mL of 0.5 Molarity HCl. What volume of hydrogen gas would be produced at 22 degrees C and 745 torr?

You have a limiting reagent (LR) problem here. I know that because amounts are given for BOTH reactants.

Zn + 2HCl ==> H2 + ZnCl2

mols Zn = grams/molar mass = about 0.34 but you need to do all of these calculations more accurately.
mols HCl = M x L = about 0.048

Using the coefficients in the balancerd equation, convert mols Zn to mols H2
Do the same for mols HCl to mols H2.
It is quite likely that the two values will not agree which means one of them is not right; the correct value in LR problems is ALWAYS the smaller number and the reagent producing that value is the LR.
Using the smaller value, convert mols H2 to L. mols x 22.4 L/mol = ? L H2 produced.
