They lose white cell (oxygen) then replaces the white cell power (wait for this to restore after a long rest) with a temporary human fermentation. Lactic acid is added.
Sweat comes from heat.
Red cheeks comes from heat.
Heartbeat comes from loss of white blood cells. (Can be restored by rest)
