I assume you meant "properties" and not "priorities".

Actually, I don't like any of the answers. Having said that, I think A is the answer to the question because it is obvious that B, C, and D make no sense what so ever. It is true that the elements are arranged in order of atomic number (and not by order of atomic mass as was done previously) but their properties depend upon their arrangement in the proper COLUMNS.

The answer is A

Ofcoarse the answer will be A because B,C,D describes metal elements
