Which expression has a value of 199?
A- 4 x 28 + 6 x 17 - 15
B- 4 x 17 + 6 x 28 - 38
C- 4 x 38 + 6 x 15 - 28
D- 4 x 15 + 6 x 38 - 88
In order to figure out which one equals 199, use PEMDAS to figure out the answer to each one. Then, hopefully you'll know which one equals 199 after you use PEMDAS.

3) MD - Multiplication and Division (Left to Right)
4) AS - Addition and Subtraction (left to Right)
