Can someone please explain to me how to find the energy released?

Given the overall reaction that takes place when hydrogen is burned in a young star, how much energy in MeV is released per He nucleus formed?

masses: 1-H atom= 1.007amu
4-He atom= 4.002 amu
positron = 5.485e-4 amu.

4*H = 4*1.007 amu = 4.028 ? amu

1*He = 1*4.002 amu

Mass that's converted into energy is 4.028-4.002 = ?
Then convert amu to kg and use E = mc^2 to solve for E in joules. Convert to MeV.
