Quick Question, when would an inequality like this work: x^2 - 4x >or equal to 0?

...What would I have to do to figure out when this would and would not work?

x^2 - 4x => 0

All values of x that gives an output
equal to or greater than zero is part
of the solution.

Solve: x^2 - 4x = 0
x(x-4) = 0

x = 0

x-4 = 0
x = 4.

Solution: 0 => X => 4.
