coefficients require a variable. The 6 is just a constant, not a coefficient of x.

6t+2 + 9t-6 = (6+9)t+(2-6) = 15t-4

(1.8 x 10^1)(7 x 10^5)

= (1.8x7)x10^(1+5)

= 12.6x10^6

= 1.26x10^7

-x(5x-4)

= -x*5x -x(-4)

= -5x^2 + 4x

Look again at your answer. It is correct, but it is not A.
