y^2/4 - x^2/25 (less than or equal to 1

y (greater than or equal) 2/3 x +4

are we looking at two inequalities:

y^2/4 - x^2.25 ≤ 1
y ≥ 2x/3 + 4 ??

What about them? are we graphing their intersection?

if so, ...
x^2/4 - y^2/25 = 1 is a hyperbola
so
x^2/4 - y^2/25 ≤ 1
would be the region "inside" the hyperbola
see:
http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=+x%5E2%2F4+-+y%5E2%2F25+≤+1+

and of course y = 2x/3 + 4 is a straight line,
and y ≥ 2x/3 + 4 is the region above and including the line

So we want the region between the curves of the hyperbola and above the line y = 2x/3 + 4 , including the points on the curves and the line.
