(6, 15)I think this one?

For x =  9
y = 4 x  9 = 4 * (  9 )  9 =  36  9 =  45
For x = 3
y = 4 x  9 = 4 * 3  9 = 12  9 = 3
For x =  6
y = 4 x  9 = 4 * (  6 )  9 =  24  9 =  33
For x = 5
y = 4 x  9 = 4 * 5  9 = 20  9 = 11
If youe expression mean :
y =  4 x 9
then
( 5 ,  28 ) is not a solution becouse:
for x = 5
y =  4 x 9 =  4 * 5  9 =  20  9 =  29
