What are four nutritional an physical exercise goals?

Eat five servings of fruits and vegetables a day.

Eat a balanced diet.
Run a mile every day.
Bike 10 miles at least once a week.

This is what I have so far. Is there anything you would add?

The four nutritional or exercise goals that I have come up with is to exercise at least 30 minutes a day for five days a week. Another exercise goal would be to start using the pedometer that I bought several months ago while I was working. I can use it to set goals for myself by adding more steps in my daily routine throughout each day. It is important to stay hydrated, so one of my goals will be to drink 6-8 glasses of water every day. Another worthwhile goal is to plan to eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables every day. As for exercise, it is recommended that everyone get at least 20 minutes of physical activity a day so stat there and then make it a goal to increase that amount several times per week.

Looks good!

Do you know what some anticipated setbacks or difficulties maybe faced and approaches that maybe implement for overcoming them?

Some days you may not feel like exercising or are too tired or don't have the time. At those times you may have to make time and force yourself to exercise. Will power!

What if you're out of enough fruits and vegetables? Plan ahead when you're shopping so that you make sure you don't run out. Stock up on canned or frozen foods.

I thought about the setback of going out to a restaurant and facing the fried foods.

That's a good one.
