Well thank you very much for assuming that I wanted you to write it for me!!! I re posted it under English instead of Business because I though there were different people for each subject and this is more of a writing assignment. Obviously I know the outline of what I need because I already provided that to you! Maybe I should become a tutor since this is the amount of help you provide.

Yes but the one that I am stuck on is the labor.

Make sure you're clear that managers usually are salaried people (paid an annual salary divided by months or weeks), and nearly all other restaurant workers are paid wages (pay per hour). There's a big difference!
