Posted by Bailey on Monday, March 24, 2014 at 8:41am.

Jayden wants to be a fast runner like his big brother, Isaac. Isaac encourages Jayden to do a “30 for 30”
challenge. This would require Jayden to spend 30 minutes outside every day for 30 days doing some type
of physical activity. In return, Isaac promises to do Jayden’s chores for an entire month if Jayden can run 1
mile in 8 minutes or less by the end of the 30 days. Jayden accepts the challenge, and Isaac times Jayden’s
mile run every 5 days.
