This is for my online class. I need help on making sure this is up to standards for the assignment

The way that I have studied in the past was to write my notes in my own type of shorthand, I was able to write a good amount of information this way. I wouldn't really do any studying until the day of the test and just take a good glance at the notes that I wrote down. This method has worked for me in the past but, I think this method would be considered "spitting it back".

After reading this section, I need to start Studying before the day of the exam and understanding the information that is being written. Also, It would be a good idea for me to start taking the pactice quizzes that are offered by the textbook or a study guide. This way I can go over the areas that I need help on.

To ensure that your studying method is up to standards for your assignment, you can follow these steps:

1. Review the assignment requirements: Make sure you understand what is expected of you for the assignment. This will help you determine if your current studying method aligns with the assignment expectations.

2. Take effective notes: Instead of using shorthand that may be difficult to understand later, try to develop a note-taking system that is clear and organized. Use headings, bullet points, and highlighting to make your notes more visually appealing and easy to review.

3. Study in advance: Start studying well before the day of the exam. Spacing out your study sessions over time is more effective for long-term retention of information. Create a study schedule that allows you to cover all the necessary topics gradually.

4. Understand the information: Avoid simply "spitting back" information without truly understanding it. Focus on comprehension rather than memorization. Read the material carefully and engage with it actively, such as asking yourself questions or explaining concepts to yourself in your own words.

5. Use practice quizzes: Take advantage of any practice quizzes or study guides provided by your textbook or instructor. These tools can help you identify areas where you need more practice or have gaps in your understanding. Review your answers, understand why you got them right or wrong, and revisit the related topics.

6. Seek additional resources: If you find that you need more help understanding certain concepts, don't hesitate to seek additional resources. Consider consulting online tutorials, videos, or academic websites for explanations and examples that resonate with your learning style.

By implementing these suggestions, you can improve your study method and ensure that it meets the standards for your assignment. Remember, the key is to not only memorize information but also to comprehend and apply it effectively. Good luck with your online class!
