Okay, assuming this is Alg I, I'm pretty sure you accidentally miscommunicated the problem wrong. The problem above is UN-FACTORABLE assuming only real numbers.
However, if you insist, the answer to this problem requires some Alg II knowledge.

A: (1/36)(-18ix + √(71) + i)(18ix + √(71) -i)
