Which of these statements about saltwater is correct?

a. Saltwater freezes at a lowers temperature?
b. Saltwater freezes at a higher temperature
c. saltwater does not freeze at any temperature
d. saltwater freezing point depends on the temperate of ocean floor***

It is C why does everyone try to copy my name and post wrong answers

Are you serious? The answer is not C! Of course saltwater freezes, you dopes!

No. I would go with a; however, it begs the question of "lower than what"? My assumption is lower than fresh water.

The freezing point of salt water depends ONLY upon the number of dissolved particles (NaCl, MgCl2, etc.); i.e., how much other stuff is dissolved in it.

it's c because i got it right

ok jk i got it wrong

The answer is A. I got it right.

It is c

i'm not sure what the answer is but it is not c. Mrs. Sue is correct and Mrs. Sue, is wrong.

At typical salinity, it freezes at about −2 °C (28 °F). The freezing point of seawater or saltwater decreases as salt concentration increases. So obviously it freezes if they have a recorded temperature at which it freezes.

it is c because I also got it right
