Is the Cations and Anions right?

Iron (III) Sulfate its F 3+ and SO2-
Colbalt (II) Chloride its Co+ and Cl-2
Nickel (II) Chloride its Ni 2+ and Cl-2
Copper (II) Sulfate its CU+ and SO-4

Are these right?

No. None are completely correct.

1. Fe^3+ and SO4^2-
2. Co^2+ and 2Cl^-
I don't understand your problem. Perhaps you cn explain it to me.
For #2. when you write Co(II) you KNOW WITH CERTAINTY that Co is 2+. And if Co is 2+ and you have two Cl with it, then Cl must be -1 and there are two of them.
In addition, why would you write SO2^2- for sulfate in #1 and SO-4 in the last one?
