x2 + y2 = 8

(x – 3)2 + y2 = 10

(x + 3)2 + (y + 2)2 = 4

x2 + (y – 2)2 = radical 81

since √81 = 9, I'd say the winner is #2

10 is the largest of 8,10,4,9

largest radius means largest circumference.
