v = Vi - g t
h = 10.4 t - 4.9 t^2
v = 1.7
h = 3 + 1.7 t
when are the two heights the same?
3 + 1.7 t = 10.4 t - 4.9 t^2
solve quadratic for t
then use h = 3 + 1.7 t to get height
