Describe what you would do if you saw a co-worker committing serious safety violations at work.

A: If I saw a co-worker committing serious safety violations at work, there are several actions I would take. First, I would advise this co-worker to not commit these serious safety violations. However, if he refused or continued to do so, I would then tell this to our employer and recommend that he should be fired?
