Factor 16x(a + b + c) + 7y(a + b + c) + 8w(a + b + c). Please show the steps for how you get the answer. Thanks

well, first off, note that there's an (a+b+c) everywhere, so factor that out to get
(16x+7y+8w)(a+b+c)
