1. Solve the equation: 1-2r-8=-3(6r-7)+4(r-1)
2. Solve the inequality: -55>-4(1+4x)-3
1-2r-8=-3(6r-7)+4(r-1)
-2r-7 = -18r+21 + 4r-4
-2r-7 = -14r+17
12r = 24
r = 2
-55>-4(1+4x)-3
-55 > -4 - 16x - 3
-48 > -16x
