A: Whether a person had used tobacco or not, choosing to live without tobacco dramatically improves a personís quality of life. Therefore, five benefits of both smokers and smokeless tobacco users can expect after quitting are normal blood pressure and heart rate, normal blood-oxygen levels, improved sense of smell and taste, improved lung health, and the decrease of the risk of lung cancer and heart disease?
