To solve 3/4 divided by 2/5, Elisha writes, 3/4 divided by 2/5 is the same as 15/20 divided by 8/20. So the answer to 3/4 divided by 2/5 is the same as 15 divided by 8.

Is Elisha's first claim, that 3/4 divided by 2/5 is the same as 15/20 divided by 8/20, correct?
