Interesting. In view of the fact that the angles are usually lettered in clockwise or counter-clockwise sequence, that means that <A is opposite <C, so since <A+<D = 180, both are right angles, and the figure is a rectangle.

If in fact <A is opposite <D, then

A+B = 180

x+4x = 180

x = 36

<A = <D = 36

<B = <C = 144
