Altogether you have 9700 cents, so you just need to find b and s (for big and small) such that

2b+s = 9700

but, you also know that

b+s = 6000

So,

2b+(6000-b) = 9700

b+6000 = 9700

b=3700

So, print 3700 big cards and 2300 small cards.

check:

2*3700 = 7400

1*2300 = 2300

total: 9700
