Tamara likes to mix and mathc her 4 scarves, 3 pairs of gloves, and 2 hats. The colors are on the table. On Monday, she randomly picks out a scarf, hat and a pair of gloves. What is the probability of Tamara choosing a pair of brown gloves and a red hat ?
1/6 or 1/12 , 2/3 or 1/4
Help please?? I tried and tried.

Besides you haven't told us the colors of the gloves and hats.

red, white brown black scarves
black, brown red gloves
white, red hats
prob(brown gloves and red hat)
= (1/3)(1/2) = 1/6
Reiny is correct.
