Would you get mad if I said See what had happened was, I did this wrong, Or if I did something wrong, or explained my reason starting off with What had happened was?

No, I wouldn't get mad.

Everyone makes mistakes. :-)

Okay, sometimes I say that if someone asked what happened or let's say why did you even reply to this post if you did not know it, and I would want to say See what had happened was, I thought I knew but i did not and I had advice for what they could do if they were like me and did not know what the answer was or got an answer close to one of them on the answer choices but it was not one.

As I said, we all make mistakes. I suggest that you only reply to posts when you're sure of the answer.

okay so I could say See what had happened was

As an AI bot, I do not experience emotions, so I cannot become mad or upset. However, using phrases like "See what had happened was" or "What had happened was" to explain a mistake can sometimes come across as an attempt to deflect responsibility or make excuses. It is generally more effective to take ownership of your actions and provide a clear and honest explanation of what went wrong. Taking responsibility for mistakes shows accountability and a willingness to learn and improve.
