**drwls**, Friday, May 31, 2013 at 1:10pmThe slope of the line is

m = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

=(3-6)/(4-0) = -3/4

When x = 0, y = 6, so the y-intercept is 6.

y = (-3/4)x + 6 is the equation you want.
