1)Do you think it's possible to use the present perfect continuous tense with the phrase "until now / until today", for example "Until today, this job has been giving me a lot of satisfaction"?
2)Which preposition, "at" or "in", is correct in the following context, maybe both: "The president joined thousands of students and families of martyrs in / at Damascus University"?

1. yes, that's good. The meaning is that the job had been giving you trouble for quite a while, but today it stopped!
2. I'd use "at."
