I really need help with this one I cant calculate it can someone help

You are not clear with your operators

in (0.5x10-3) did you mean 0.5 x 10^-3 ?

what about the 12 tagging along at the very end

is it multiplied by 12 or is it an exponent?

yes I did mean 0.5x10^-3, an 12 is multiplied
