Homework Help: 5th grade math (word problems)

Mrs. Jones bakes pies. She always cuts each pie into 8 slices. Ther are 13 slices left on the counter. How many pies are on the counter? (write as mixed number).

work: 13/8 = 1 5/8 pies. Is this correct?
