Homework Help: math

Posted by Desperately needs help on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at 12:12am.

Girls who played video games and got into fights = 36
Girls who played video games and did NOT get into fights = 55

Girls who Never played video games and got into fights = 578.
Girls who Never played video games and did NOT get into fights = 1436

Is there evidence that the proportions of girls who played or have never played video games and have gotten into serious fights differ?

My question: when I finding the proportions, is the played & fight = 36/614?
and the never played & fight = 578/614?

Is that right? or should the denominator be different for both?
