    Divide 360 by 5.

A circle has 360 degree for angle. Thus when divided by 18, each part has 360/18= 20 degree for angle. When divided into 5 parts, each part has 360/5 = 72 degree.

What is the angle measure of three pieces out of twenty

  • 4th grade math - ,

Even though I know this is three years old, it's 20 degrees for the first part of the question and 100 degrees for the second. It's asking for one of the eighteen pieces and five of the eighteen pieces. Those of you that are doing 5 divided by 360 are changing the question. It's not asking how big is one slice if divided by 5 pieces, but five pieces of the 18.
