let the width be x

and the length y

2(x+y) = 268

x+y = 134

y = 134-x

xy = 4200

x(134-x) = 4200

134x - x^2 - 4200=0

x^2 - 134x + 4200 = 0

(x - 50)(x - 84) = 0

x = 50 or x = 84

if x = 50 , then y = 134-50 = 84

if x = 84, y = 50

the rectangle is 50 by 84
