let the width be x
and the length y
2(x+y) = 268
x+y = 134
y = 134x
xy = 4200
x(134x) = 4200
134x  x^2  4200=0
x^2  134x + 4200 = 0
(x  50)(x  84) = 0
x = 50 or x = 84
if x = 50 , then y = 13450 = 84
if x = 84, y = 50
the rectangle is 50 by 84
