by inspection,
f(x) = 7x^3+7x - x^2-1
= 7x(x^2+1) - (x^2+1)
= (7x-1)(x^2+1)
and so on
F(x)=7x^3-x^2+7x-1
f(x) = 7x^3+7x - x^2-1
= 7x(x^2+1) - (x^2+1)
= (7x-1)(x^2+1)
and so on
