A polling company took 5 polls in the week before and election. It showed that a mayoral candidate would get 66%, 56%, 55%, 60%, and 63% of the votes. That candidate recieved 64% of the total votes during the actual election. Find the percent error in the average of the company's polling results, to the nearest tenth of a percent. Show your work.
