hydronium is [OH-] ions, so you looking for the Ph that is most basic, which is your highest number 12.6

Thanks but its actually pH 3.21

The number in the pH is equal to the negative exponent of 10. So, a pH of 7 has a concentration where the exponent is -7, a pH of 9 will have an exponent equal to -9 and so on. So the lowest pH will have the highest H ion concentration. 10^-3 is bigger then 10^-9. So the answer is ph=3.21.

The solution with with the highest concentration of hydronium ions will be the solution with that appears the most acidic. In which case the solution with the smallest PH... 3.21
