1. 23,000,000 = 2.3*10^7. Moving the
decimal 7 places to the right returns the number to standard form.
3. 0.00000021 = 2.1*10^7. Moving the decimal 7 places to the left returns the
number to standard form.
5. Write all of the numbers in standard
form and compare. Remember that any number raised to the zero power = 1.
10^0 = 1.
