B. Although Cale is fairly sure about the next move, the team decides to follow Manny’s suggestion and go for the touchdown.

C. Although he was first to report the missing dog, Gary did not receive the reward money.

D. Karyn ran a marathon, despite being told she would never run again.

I think it is B.
