What progress was made towards women's equality in the 1800s?
A.Women obtained the suffrage, or right to vote, in federal elections.
B.Many gains were made in the area of women's education during this period.
C.Women were granted full equality with men with the adoption of the Equal Rights Amendment.
D.Most state laws changed so that women could file for divorce for any reason.
