Homework Help: 5th grade math (word problems)

I'm not sure how to solve the following problem. I don't think i have enough information.

Ali deposited $120 in her savings account. This represents 75% of the money she received for her birthday. She pent the rest of her money on a lego toy. How much did the lego cost?

Can someone explain how to solve this, please?

Let x = the amount of money she received for her birthday.

0.75x = 120

x = 120 / 0.75

x = $160

160 - 120 = 40

She spent $40 on the toy.
