A bus is traveling at a speed of 15 m/s^2. The driver approaches the same traffic light in another traffic lane. He does not brake, and continues at the same speed. Write an equation for the distance the bus travels in time (t) (Hint: At a constant speed, the acceleration is 0 m/s^2)

Set the equations equal to each other so you can determine whrn the car and bus are the same distance from the intersection. Collect all the terms on the left side of this new equation., leaving 0 on the right side. Factor the expression on the left side of the equation.
